Welcome to EZLFP. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our products, services, website, and applications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm you are 18 or older, or have parental/legal guardian consent; and if you use the Services on behalf of a business or entity, you have authority to bind it.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
- •You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information.
- •You are responsible for the activity and security of your account.
- •You agree not to share access credentials or allow others to use your account without written permission.
- •You may be required to provide and update payment information for subscription or other fee-based services.
3. Use of Services
EZLFP grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Prohibited Activities:
You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, scrape, spider, copy, download, or data-mine the Services or content, or use crawlers, robots, or similar data extraction tools without our prior written consent.
4. Team and Community Features
Team Creation:
You may create or join teams as provided in the Services, appoint admins, manage membership, and participate in team-related activities subject to EZLFP's procedures and approval.
EZLFP may, for any reason, remove, alter, or suspend team features or team memberships at its sole discretion.
5. Subscription, Fees, and Payments
- •Some features may require payment. Fees, billing intervals, and available plans are described on the site and subject to change.
- •All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated.
- •EZLFP may terminate or suspend Services for non-payment.
6. Prizes, Awards, and Withdrawals
- •Criteria for accessing awards/prizes, payout requirements, and timing are described in the Services and may be updated at any time.
- •You are solely responsible for accurately providing all requested information for withdrawals (including third-party account details or tax forms).
- •Any taxes, fees, or other costs relating to awards/prizes are your responsibility. Unclaimed or ineligible prizes may be forfeited.
7. User Content
Important:
By posting or submitting content to EZLFP, you irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to EZLFP all worldwide rights, title, and interest in and to such content, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights therein.
- •You are solely responsible for your content and must have all necessary rights to post it.
- •EZLFP may remove, disable, or restrict access to any content at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.
9. User Conduct — Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use the Services to:
- ✗Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- ✗Cheat, hack, exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Services.
- ✗Scrape, spider, automate, or extract data in any way not explicitly permitted.
- ✗Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- ✗Post, share, or transmit content that is offensive, harmful, unlawful, or infringes upon intellectual property or privacy rights.
- ✗Engage in commercial activity, advertising, or promotions without express written permission.
- ✗Attempt to re-register after your account or team has been terminated or suspended.
10. Monitoring and Moderation
- •EZLFP reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, edit, or remove user content or activity at any time and for any reason.
- •Use of community and communication channels (chats, forums, etc.) may not be private, and you agree that your communications may be monitored.
11. Suspension and Termination
- •EZLFP may, at its sole discretion, suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice and for any or no reason.
- •If your account is terminated, you may not create a new account unless explicitly permitted in writing by EZLFP.
- •We may also remove or suspend teams, content, or privileges tied to accounts, at our discretion.
15-16. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice:
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." EZLFP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZLFP AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, OR PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL EZLFP'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EZLFP IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS OR (B) USD $100.
18. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
- •These Terms are governed by the laws of California/USA.
- •Disputes will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, except YOU AND EZLFP MAY SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF IN ANY COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION.
- •All claims must be filed within one (1) year unless prohibited by law.
